Florida Whitetail
Whitetails (Odocoileus sp.) have been around a long time. The
species is 3½ million years old, and they are such awesomely successful
survivors that they have not changed over these millions of years.
They did not change because they are so well designed they did not
need to. Whitetails are the oldest living deer species.

Trophy Boar Hogs or Meat Hogs
HOGS (Sus scrofa) are not native to the Americas. They originated
in Eurasia, and over time there were several major importations to North America.
The pure Eurasian "Russian" wild boar is also Sus scrofa. In fact, our domestic
varieties were all derived from the wild Eurasian boars. Wild hogs in the US
strictly speaking are feral, that is, domestics that have reverted to the wild,
but even though there are hundreds of variations, there is still a true,
identifiable, wild hog type.

turkeys that roam the southern portions of Florida. The Osceola
turkey is the smallest and most challenging species of turkey to hunt.
A mature tom turkey will only weigh 16 - 18 pounds in his peak breeding state.
